Hinduja Global Solutions seeks an HR Manager (People Operations Manager) to lead global service delivery and regional partnership across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will own HR operations, case management, knowledge management, communications, and employee experience at scale.

Based onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City, you will oversee onboarding, lifecycle, and program ownership, balancing global standards with local regulatory needs while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of experience in HR operations, HR service delivery, shared services, or People Operations.
• Experience leading regional or global HR service delivery teams.
• Proven ability to balance operational execution with transformation and change.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Project Management, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Experience with case management, knowledge platforms, service delivery tools, and operational reporting.
• Experience using service metrics, dashboards, and reporting to manage performance and drive improvements.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, on graveyard shift schedule.

• Establish and drive global service delivery standards and governance across regional People Operations teams.
• Partner with regional leads to ensure consistent execution of processes, case practices, and knowledge standards.
• Lead cross-regional forums to align priorities and mature the global service delivery model.
• Own HR Service Delivery across the Americas, ensuring high-quality execution of HR operations at scale.
• Drive alignment between global standards and regional needs while respecting local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle changes, and regional programs.
• Drive disciplined use and adoption of HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
