Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational engineering management and consultancy firm for an HR Shared Services Lead based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines. The role oversees global HR service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards while boosting efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
Master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
12–14 years HR coordination/administration experience.
Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
Experience in shared services or global delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach delivery team to achieve high engagement and consistent high-quality HR services.
Oversee day-to-day operations, workload planning, and timely service requests.
Own HR service delivery for processes, monitor tickets, SLAs.
Maintain HR documentation quality and templates.
Ensure processes align with global standards and controls.
Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Build relationships with global and regional stakeholders.
