Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s or cert is a plus.
• 12–14 years HR coordination/administration, with at least 5 years of people management experience.
• Extensive HR operations and employee lifecycle administration, preferably in a shared services or global delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems/HRIS, preferably Oracle, including data governance and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR service delivery team.
• Oversee daily operations, workload planning, service requests, and case resolution.
• Monitor service levels, ticket volumes, turnaround times, quality, and performance metrics.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are accurate, compliant, and aligned with global standards.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and efficiency.
• Manage HRIS and employee data governance, preferably using Oracle or similar HR systems.
• Work closely with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR leaders, and global stakeholders.
• Use reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain a positive and consistent employee experience across HR interactions.

The HR Shared Services Senior Lead is responsible for leading HR shared services operations and ensuring efficient, accurate, and consistent delivery of employee lifecycle services across multiple geographies. The role oversees processes such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, HR inquiries, and employee administration.

• What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.


• 12–14 years of related HR coordination or administration experience, with at least 5 years of people management experience.


• Extensive experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle administration, preferably in a shared services or global delivery environment.


• Strong knowledge of HR systems/HRIS, preferably Oracle, including employee data governance and data accuracy.


• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.


• Proven people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.


• Experience in process improvement, standardization, and service efficiency.


• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong analytical skills, including experience with operational reports, performance metrics, and dashboards.


• Experience working with multiple shared service locations is preferred.
