You will develop policies, monitor KPIs, address escalations, and implement automation while maintaining high standards of customer service and stakeholder engagement across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in HR operations.
• PM experience; Lean/Six Sigma advantageous.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR Operations team and SMEs.
• Recruit, hire, and train HR Representatives; coach and develop staff.
• Oversee performance reviews and drive high performance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor KPIs and improve department efficiency.
• Allocate resources based on priorities and peak seasons.
• Ensure exceptional HR service to employees and applicants.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and conduct audits.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to reduce redundancies.
