Responsibilities

• Find the right candidates for various projects
• Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Post jobs on open-source boards
• Search for new candidates using various tools and sources
• Actively source and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
• Organize interviews
• Approve and write job offers for candidates
• Help candidates to adapt to the new work environment
• Perform analysis and internal reporting
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
• Creating, maintaining, and organizing office records, files, and databases
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation
• Assisting in the implementation of office policies and procedures
• Implement HR policies and procedures across global location
• Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment
• Expertise in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and recruitment
• Strong understanding of global recruitment processes and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing HR operations in multiple countries
• Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques
