Job summary

RTX is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with business and leaders, delivering HR strategies aligned with priorities across a global organization.

You will guide employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational change, while coaching leaders to improve team effectiveness and engagement. The role requires handling confidential matters with professionalism and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Employee Relations Specialist, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations practices, HR policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and people leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders in handling employee concerns, improving team effectiveness and strengthening employee engagement.
• Interpret and implement company policies, HR programs and applicable labor laws.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR data to identify risks and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with People and Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and other HR teams.
• Support organizational initiatives, change management, culture-building activities, and continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive employee experience.
