CloudPay is seeking an APAC Associate Payroll Specialist in the Philippines to handle end-to-end payroll operations for PH and APAC clients. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, timely payments, and strict adherence to local regulations while collaborating with the global payroll team.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing; knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and manual payroll processing.
• Strong communication in English with clients and partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with systematic and analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail and time management; effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly payroll processing for clients in PH or APAC region.
• Process payroll payments and social contributions per local regulations and company policies.
• Conduct payroll reconciliation and reporting; distribute payroll reports to business units.
• Update payroll manuals on a timely basis; address client payroll queries promptly.
• Collaborate with CloudPay resources and global payroll operations for accurate, timely payroll delivery.
