Job summary

AFRY is seeking a Senior HR Operations professional to oversee internal HR operations in the Philippines, manage the employee lifecycle, and ensure end-to-end HR processes. This role also handles payroll administration, regulatory compliance, and HR data integrity across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Admin with 3–5 years in HR, strong communication, integrity, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
• 3-5 years relevance experience in Human Resources.
• Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
• Good team management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Recruit and facilitate hiring of qualified applicants.
• Manage payroll administration and ensure timely salary payments.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Maintain HR and payroll data in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and statutory filings.
• Address other duties as assigned.
