iRhythm's Global Business Center in Manila is seeking an organized HR Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, employee data management, and service delivery across the organization. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and business leaders to ensure efficient, compliant HR processes and a superior employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in HR, talent acquisition operations, shared services, or related administrative role.
• Experience with HRIS, HCM, ATS, ticketing or case-management systems.
• Strong organization, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with data confidentiality and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage HR Operations and Talent Acquisition shared mailboxes.
• Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries via ticketing platforms within SLAs.
• Provide timely HR policy and process guidance and support employee lifecycle transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders while ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and prepare onboarding documentation and records.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and communications with IT, payroll, benefits and managers.
• Track onboarding readiness and address delays proactively.
• Process HR transactions including hires, moves, data changes, terminations, and leave events.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across HR systems (Workday).
• Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports; support HRIS, payroll, compliance, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to SOPs and docs.
