Job summary

FGC+ is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support HR processes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, and employee inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR operations, familiarity with Philippine HR practices, and experience with HRIS systems such as Rippling or SweldoMo. Onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Working knowledge of Philippine HR practices and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding with TA, ensuring timely orientation and updated records.
• Coordinate offboarding including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
• Maintain HR data in HRIS and other platforms with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll/CompBen to support payroll data submission.
