Job summary

3Cloud, LLC is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the Philippines team. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, benefits, and policy compliance while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in HR, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of local labor laws. You will collaborate with global HR teams and lead initiatives to improve the employee experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or recruiting.
• Ability to adjust work hours for business needs; after-hours flexibility occasionally required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through in interactions with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager and US People Team to support the Global Delivery Center HR experience.
• Align HR initiatives with business objectives while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Serve as local HR contact for Philippines-based contributors and managers.
• Oversee recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS, benefits, and employee data maintenance.
• Lead performance management processes, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
• Provide guidance on complex HR issues and maintain policies and audits.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and strategic HR decisions.
