Job summary

Lattice Philippines is seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to be a key contact for employees, managers, and candidates across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll handle Workday transactions, benefits support, recruiting coordination, onboarding, and compliance activities.

The role requires 2 to 4 years in HR operations or recruitment coordination, strong communication, high attention to detail, and experience with Workday, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or a related People Operations role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday as an HRIS and/or ATS, including transaction processing and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to deadlines and data handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Experience in a tech or high-growth company environment preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 1 and 2 point of contact for employee inquiries via the HR ticketing system (Workday Help).
• Handle Workday transactions, benefits support, recruiting coordination, onboarding, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate interviews across levels, including scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support development and maintenance of HR knowledge base articles and SOPs.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes by organizing documentation.
