Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to be a central contact for employees, managers, and candidates across the full lifecycle. You’ll handle Workday transactions, benefits support, onboarding, and compliance with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews across time zones, producing letters, supporting audits, and maintaining HR knowledge materials.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or a related People Operations role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday as an HRIS and/or ATS, including transaction processing, reporting, and case management via Workday Help.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for candidates, employees, and HR leadership.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail when processing data and managing confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience with Zoom for interview coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 point of contact for employee inquiries via the HR ticketing system, responding within SLAs.
• Partner with employees and managers on Workday lifecycle transactions, guiding self-service processes and data updates.
• Generate and distribute employment verification letters, offer letters, and other HR letters.
• Support benefits administration with enrollment questions and vendor escalations.
• Develop and maintain HR knowledge base articles and SOPs.
• Support audit processes by pulling data from Workday and preparing materials for review.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones, including multi-panel and executive panels.
• Manage background checks and pre-employment screening with third-party vendors.
• Prepare and send offer letters in coordination with Recruiting and Total Rewards.
• Assist with onboarding initiation and Day 1 readiness coordination.
• Contribute to internship programs and campus recruiting initiatives.
