Cloud Bridge is seeking a Global HR Officer to be onsite in Makati City, Philippines. You will deliver day-to-day HR operations and employee support across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
You will bridge operational HR administration with strategic execution, supporting the Global HR Director in driving people initiatives, maintaining HR processes, and enhancing the employee experience across regions.
As a Global HR Officer, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations and employee support across multiple countries while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies. You will bridge operational HR administration and strategic HR execution, supporting the Global HR Director in driving people initiatives, maintaining HR processes, and enhancing employee experience across all regions. This role requires extensive knowledge of global HR practices, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
Serve as a trusted HR advisor on employee relations matters, providing timely, fair, and consistent guidance.
Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns, and employee relation matters in accordance with company policies and local employment legislation.
Manage and oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance globally.
Manage the full employee lifecycle process including onboarding, probation, employee changes, and offboarding.
Support career development, talent development, and performance review processes.
Ensure annual employee audit, HR compliance reviews and reporting, and HR governance activities across all regions.
Monitor changes in employment legislation and support updates to internal HR policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for HR process improvement through data analysis and recommend actions that enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and organisational effectiveness.
Manage employee surveys and follow‑up action planning initiatives across all locations.
Support the implementation of global HR initiatives and process improvements.
Lead the continual optimisation of HR processes through automation, leveraging HRMS, integrated systems, and emerging HR technologies to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Utilise AI‑powered tools and productivity solutions to streamline HR administration, employee communications, recruitment coordination, policy management, and reporting processes.
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as HR consultants and service providers, to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Proven experience as a Global HR Officer, with 5-7 years as an HR generalist supporting employees across multiple countries or regional HR operations.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and programs across different jurisdictions.
Experience working in diverse cultural environments, managing cross‑cultural teams, and fostering global collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment with a customer‑centric mindset.
Experience using AI applications in Human Resources and employee experience.
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications.
Amenable to work onsite in Makati City, Philippines.
