Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila seeks an HR IT Consultant to support and develop the global HR IT landscape across international teams in Manila, Hanover, and Timișoara. You will focus on SAP HR solutions, integrations, EC, and SAP Concur, collaborating across cultures and time zones.

You’ll manage projects, coordinate vendors, and drive process improvements while ensuring documentation quality and stakeholder alignment within ContiTech standards.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in technology or business administration or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar HR IT role.
• Experience in IT solutions for HR and HR knowledge is a plus.
• Business fluent English in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR IT projects following PM principles with IT realization focus.
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams; ensure alignment with standards.
• Deliver enhancements and new functionalities close to standard for scalability.
• Maintain high‑quality technical documentation and LeanIX entries.
