Job summary

Continental is seeking an HR IT Consultant to join its Global HR Solutions Team, supporting SAP HR landscape across established hubs in Hanover, Manila, and Timișoara. You will drive IT projects, coordinate vendors, and implement HR tech solutions with a focus on business value and alignment to ContiTech standards.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in technology or business administration or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar HR IT role.
• Experience with IT solutions for HR and HR business processes.
• Business knowledge related to HR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR IT projects following established PM principles, focusing on IT realization.
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams, align with ContiTech technical standards.
• Deliver enhancements and new functionalities on time and close to standard to ensure scalability.
• Create high-quality technical documentation for vendor and internal developments.
