Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking a motivated HR IT Consultant to join our Global HR Solutions Team. You will help support and develop our HR IT landscape with a SAP HR focus (SAP SuccessFactors integrations & EC, SAP Concur).

Qualifications

• Academic degree in technology or business administration or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in IT solutions for HR.
• Business knowledge related to HR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Business fluent English language skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR IT projects following established project management principles, focusing on IT realization.
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams and ensure alignment with ContiTech technical standards.
• Deliver enhancements and new functionalities on time and as close to standard as possible for scalability.
• Ensure high-quality technical documentation for vendor and internal developments; maintain LeanIX updates.
• Share lessons learned and best practices across teams and competence centers.
