Accenture Philippines is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation and support across HR modules. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates have experience in HR processes, data conversion, and collaboration with onshore teams. Travel may be required; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of Experience configuring and implementing any SuccessFactors modules.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant IT or Operations experience preferably in SAP HCM/IT HR/PeopleSoft HCM.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as an HR business user, HR IT administrator or similar role.

Mansioni

• Participate in project phases from Planning to Hypercare.
• Drive requirements discussions and workshops.
• Perform fit-gap analysis for SAP SuccessFactors processes.
• Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements.
• Conduct testing and assist with data conversion and cutover activities.
• Provide post go-live support and knowledge transfer to developers and onshore teams.
• Travel may be required for onshore requirements.
