Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines seeks a seasoned investigations professional to plan and conduct workplace investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations or our Code of Conduct. The role will help strengthen a consistent and professional investigations framework across the organization and support a culture of integrity.

The successful candidate will interview whistleblowers and witnesses, develop plans, produce reports with conclusions, and recommend CAPAs.

Qualifications

Relevant university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in handling sensitive HR investigations.
Experience conducting fact-finding interviews and documentation.
Ability to collaborate with HR, Employee Relations, and Compliance teams.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Experience in multinational, cross-cultural environment; Chinese Labor Law knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

Leading, conducting and supporting internal investigations in HR-related matters.
Conduct interviews with whistleblowers, witnesses and alleged parties.
Prepare investigative plans and reports with conclusions; recommend CAPAs.
Contribute to improving the methodology of internal investigations.
