Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim seeks a Head of Data & Integration Operations to lead global support and drive operational excellence across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. You will shape onboarding, enable high‑impact platform support, and build strong partnerships with product teams and external partners.

Lead a diverse, distributed team, implement scalable training, and continuously improve processes to ensure a secure, reliable user experience while delivering business value at speed.

Qualifications

• MBA, MSc or equivalent in IT or related field with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in IT, preferably with globally distributed teams.
• Proven background in support, training, or delivery of software solutions/products.
• Experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
• Understanding of GxP, Computer Systems Validation, regulatory requirements, pharma compliance desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Global support oversight for core platform components across Americas, EU, and APAC.
• Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance user skills and platform adoption.
• Build strong relationships with platform product teams and implementation partners.
• Lead and develop a decentralized global team toward high performance.
• Define and execute the strategy for Platform Onboarding and Support services.
