Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Team Leader – HR Data Management to run daily HR data operations and oversee the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, ticket handling, and performance monitoring within a hybrid setup in Manila/Taguig.

You will mentor a multiregional team and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate has 3+ years leading HR data operations in a global/shared services environment, with strong HRIS/ATS experience and advanced Excel/reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in people management, HR management and end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Experience leading teams in a global/shared services environment
• Hands-on with HRIS, ATS, hiring/ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools
• Strong Excel and reporting/analytics skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across geographies

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR data management and employee lifecycle operations.
• Oversee onboarding, hiring, and offboarding processes.
• Manage case distribution, ticket management, workload, and team utilization.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for HR process-related concerns.
• Monitor team performance, quality, SLAs, and service delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Support training, onboarding, and competency development initiatives.
• Prepare and evaluate HR reports, workload metrics, and service-level performance.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, processes, and HR tools.
• Collaborate with HR partners and global stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Handle individual and ad hoc HR data management tasks.
