Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, payroll, or related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in a multi-division environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across disciplines.
• Understanding of employment regulations (FLSA and others).
• Ability to adapt quickly and handle changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong data confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task and manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to multiple specialists supporting record management and data inquiries across a world region.
• Support regional managers with location management needs via the Emerson Matrix Manager role.
• Handle Legal, Security and Safety administration.
• Train and guide direct reports on transactions within HR systems.
• Maintain schedules and arrange coverage to meet service goals.
• Review metrics with management to analyze workflow and trends.
• Drive accurate and timely entry of employee data for downstream impacts.
• Promote a cohesive and inclusive team environment.
• Liaise with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, Employee Experience, etc., to address inquiries.
