Job summary

Neolytix is a healthcare services and technology organization with distributed teams across multiple regions seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support leaders and employees in the Philippines, Latin America, and the United States.

The HRBP will advise on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, engagement, talent development, organizational change, and policy implementation, balancing employee advocacy with client-service needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP supporting multiple regions (Philippines, LATAM, US).
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
• Ability to navigate time zones and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders across the Philippines, Latin America, and the United States to understand workforce priorities, operational needs, organizational challenges, and people-related risks.
• Translate business objectives into regional people plans covering headcount planning, hiring, retention, performance, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Provide proactive HR guidance to leaders on team structure, role clarity, manager effectiveness, internal mobility, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to people managers, supporting them in making fair, timely, and business-aligned people decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Legal stakeholders to ensure coordinated people support across regions.
