Job summary

Neolytix is seeking an HRBP/generalist to drive performance management and employee relations from our Eastwood, Quezon City location. This full-time role supports hybrid work with onsite 2-3 times weekly, and requires experience with goal-setting, coaching, and data-driven HR processes.

You’ll partner with leaders to set clear expectations, analyze attrition trends, and translate insights into actions that improve retention and performance for US/global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• HRBP/Generalist experience is required
• Experience with goal-setting and performance reviews
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Data-driven and able to translate HR data into actions
• Night-shift support or US/global stakeholder experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive performance management: goal-setting, reviews, calibration, documentation, and PIPs
• Coach managers on expectations, feedback, accountability, development
• Provide HRBP and employee-relations support; explain processes clearly
• Handle difficult conversations with confidence, empathy and a positive frame
• Maintain attrition records and update the attrition tracker
• Analyze turnover trends, high-risk populations, retention drivers
• Prepare recurring HR reports and basic dashboards on key HR metrics
• Translate data into leader-ready insights and recommended actions
• Support exit interviews, listening activities, and retention interventions
