Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide Virtual Safety Companion teams, ensuring patient monitoring aligns with US health system protocols and safety standards.

You will oversee credentialing for non-delegated providers, lead care coordination, coach staff, and serve as the primary liaison between GBS and US health system leaders to drive improvements and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active Philippine RN license.
• Minimum seven years of clinical healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in a global captive center or shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Virtual Safety Companion teams.
• Oversee credentialing verification activities for non-delegated providers.
• Lead non-clinical care coordination, scheduling, and patient navigation.
• Coach and develop team members, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
• Serve as liaison between GBS teams and US health system leaders.
• Drive process improvements using metrics and stakeholder feedback.
• Anticipate evolving business needs and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, service, and regulatory standards.
• Lead change management initiatives with effective communication and resilience.
