Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Leader to guide Virtual Safety Companion teams in the Philippines, ensuring patient monitoring aligns with US health system protocols and safety standards.

The role oversees credentialing for non-delegated providers, coordinates non-clinical care functions, and partners with Global Business Services to deliver high-quality services across designated lives. Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• PHRN license from PRC with active status is required.
• Minimum seven years of clinical healthcare leadership experience.
• Bedside/clinical nursing experience in hospital or healthcare setting.
• Experience in global captive center/GBS or Shared Services preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Virtual Safety Companion teams and ensure alignment with US health system protocols and safety standards.
• Oversee credentialing verification activities for non-delegated providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead non-clinical care coordination functions including scheduling, patient navigation, and resource support.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of professionals with goal setting and performance reviews.
• Serve as liaison between GBS teams and US health system leaders for clear communication and alignment.
• Build high-performing teams through engagement, accountability, collaboration and learning.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency using metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
• Anticipate evolving business needs and implement improvements to support strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, service, and regulatory standards across all areas.
• Lead change management initiatives with effective communication, empathy and resilience.
