Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Virtual Safety Companion teams aligned with US health system protocols.
• Oversee credentialing verification for non-delegated providers, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead non-clinical care coordination, including scheduling, patient navigation, and resource support.
• Manage, coach, and develop teams with goal setting and performance reviews.
• Serve as liaison between GBS teams and US health system leaders.
• Foster high-performing teams through engagement, accountability, and collaboration.

• Provide operational leadership for Virtual Safety Companion teams, ensuring patient monitoring practices align with US health system protocols and safety standards.
• Oversee credentialing verification activities for non-delegated providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with health system policies, accrediting body standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead non-clinical care coordination functions, including scheduling, patient navigation, and resource support, to ensure high-quality service delivery for designated covered lives.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of professionals by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Global Business Services (GBS) teams and US health system leaders, ensuring clear communication, operational transparency, and alignment with business needs.
• Build and foster high-performing teams by promoting engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives by leveraging best practices, performance metrics, and feedback from US stakeholders.
• Anticipate evolving business needs and implement operational improvements to support strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with established quality, service, and regulatory standards across all areas of responsibility.

Requirements:
