Job summary

The Senior Manager, Employee Experience at Newfold Digital leads a global HR team delivering best-in-class service across the employee lifecycle. You’ll own onboarding through offboarding, day-to-day HR operations, compliance, benefits, and engagement, while coaching and retaining talent to grow within HR and the broader organization.

You’ll drive multi-country HR practices, partner with leaders, and implement AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience across geographies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in operations, shared services, or management.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams across multiple geographies.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms; Workday strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global HR team, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and service excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits, and leaves.
• Provide guidance on HR policies; ensure consistent application across geographies.
• Identify process improvements and leverage technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure cohesive service delivery and site leadership alignment.
