• Cross-border ER experience in US and Europe jurisdictions.
• Strong consulting, conflict resolution, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Co-create ER strategy with global leadership for US and Europe.
• Manage day-to-day ER agenda, complex case management.
• Develop capability in People org on conflict resolution and bias-aware decisions.
• Partner with Legal on EU Works Councils and local laws.
