Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or related field with 8–10 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience with globally distributed teams.
• Proven background in support, training, or delivery of software solutions.
• Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of GxP, computer systems validation, and pharma compliance desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts for non-technical audiences.
