Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Head of Data & Integration Operations to lead IT EDP Data & Integration globally. You will oversee 2nd level support for core platform components and shape onboarding and support capabilities across Americas, EU and APAC.

You will build and mentor a diverse team, define strategic direction, collaborate with platform product teams and partners, and drive operational excellence, system stability, cybersecurity, and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or related field with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with globally distributed teams.
• Experience in support, training, or delivery of software solutions/products.
• Pharma/Biotech industry experience and familiarity with GxP and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2nd level support for core platform components across Americas, EU, and APAC regions.
• Collaborate with platform product teams to design and deliver impactful training.
• Lead and develop a diverse, high-performance team.
• Define and execute the strategy for Platform Onboarding and Support services.
• Engage with senior leaders to drive growth and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen system stability, cybersecurity, and service quality.
