Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Head of Data & Integration Operations to lead global IT EDP Data & Integration, driving operational excellence and high‑quality support.

You will shape the strategic direction of onboarding and support capabilities, manage global platform components, and build high‑performing teams across Americas, Europe and APAC to ensure secure, reliable, user‑centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or related field with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven background in IT leadership with global teams.
• Strong experience in platform onboarding and support services.
• Experience in biotech/pharma regulatory environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global 2nd level support for core platform components across regions.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance user skills and platform adoption.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with product teams and partners.
• Inspire and develop a diverse, high‑performing global team.
• Define strategy for Platform Onboarding and Support services and govern execution.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive continuous service improvement and scalability.
• Drive operational excellence including system stability, cybersecurity, and reliability.
