Job summary

Biopharma Careers invites applications for the Head of Data & Integration Operations to lead our Global IT EDP Data & Integration group. You will drive operational excellence, deliver high-quality support services, and shape platform onboarding and support capabilities across a complex international landscape.

You will oversee global support operations, build high-performing, diverse teams, mentor talent, and partner with platform product teams and partners to continuously improve services,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or related field with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with globally distributed IT teams.
• Proven background in software delivery, support, or training.
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industries is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2nd level support for core platform components across Americas, EU, and APAC.
• Define and execute onboarding and platform support strategy.
• Lead and develop a diverse, high-performance global team.
• Collaborate with product teams and partners to improve services.
• Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and service innovation.
• Partner with senior leaders to align IT delivery with business goals.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, stability, and service quality.
