Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process freight invoices accurately within established turnaround times.
• Review and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies.
• Support FTL invoice processing and vendor master activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding freight invoices and payments.
• Maintain export invoices and verify export documentation (Incoterms, HTS codes).
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and export processes.
