Job summary

Xerox is seeking a North America Freight & Export Analyst to support freight invoice processing, export documentation, and vendor master activities in a hybrid role based in Cebu City, Philippines. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with logistics, finance, and customer service teams.

You will handle freight invoices, review exceptions, and ensure compliance with service levels and export requirements, while supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Freight Operations, Export Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or Accounts Payable.
• Working knowledge of freight, logistics and export documentation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to meet SLAs and operate within deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/export systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process freight invoices accurately and within established turnaround times.
• Review, investigate, and resolve invoice exceptions and freight-related discrepancies.
• Support full truckload (FTL) invoice processing activities.
• Perform vendor master setup and maintenance activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to freight invoices and payments.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure issues are corrected promptly.
• Create and process export invoices following service levels.
• Index export invoices and maintain supporting documentation.
• Validate export documentation, including HTS codes and Incoterms.
• Review Bills of Lading, packing lists, part numbers, quantities, and weights.
• Maintain trackers and records for freight/export transactions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and support processes.
• Support continuous improvement for efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Overview:

The North America Freight & Export Analyst is responsible for supporting North America Freight and Export operations through the accurate and timely processing of freight invoices, export documentation, exception management, vendor master activities, and customer inquiries. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with established service levels, export requirements, quality standards, and operational procedures while supporting logistics and transportation activities across North America. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient freight and export operations.

What You Will Do:

• Process freight invoices accurately and within established turnaround times.

• Review supporting documents such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, part numbers, quantities, and gross weights to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain trackers and operational records related to freight and export transactions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support process execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Freight Operations, Export Operations, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, or related functions.
• Working knowledge of freight, logistics, transportation, and export documentation processes.
• Understanding of invoice processing, accounts payable, and operational transaction management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to review, validate, and reconcile transactional and supporting documentation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage inquiries and operational issues effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
