Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Freight Operations, Export Operations, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, or related functions.
• Working knowledge of freight, logistics, and export documentation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process freight invoices accurately and within established turnaround times.
• Review and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies.
• Support freight invoice processing, including full truckload (FTL) invoices.
• Perform vendor master setup and maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to freight invoices and operations.
• Maintain trackers and documentation for freight and export transactions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support processes.
