Job summary

YCH Logistics Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Executive, Operations (Freight / Forwarding) to oversee import, export and cross-border shipments, coordinating with customers, carriers, freight forwarders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Familiar with TradeNet declaration.
• Able to meet KPIs in line with customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers closely for import, export and cross borders shipments.
• Arrange booking with carriers, freight forwarders and vendors to ensure bookings are done promptly.
• Check and ensure accuracy of documents - invoices, packing list, bills of lading and etc.
• Monitor closely for any short landings or offloading of cargoes and to inform customer immediately for such cases.
• Follow through, monitor and track shipment arrival and delivery.
• Coordinate for any survey of alleged damages to cargoes in the airport or KD CFS warehouse during clearance of cargoes.
• Facilitate in house Tx3 system for shipment processing.
• Ensure all shipments are processed and closed promptly thru the Tx3 to allow for billing by Finance.
• Ensure all shipments documents are save in Docuware on time once Job Completed
• Comply with Cargo Clearance Permit and Statutory Regulations
