Job summary

Xerox Corporation is seeking a North America Freight & Export Analyst to support freight and export operations across North America. You will process freight invoices, manage exceptions, and maintain vendor records while ensuring accuracy and compliance with service levels.

Responsibilities include reviewing export documents, coordinating with logistics and finance teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with freight, export, and accounts payable processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process freight invoices accurately and within established turnaround times.
• Review and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies.
• Support full truckload (FTL) invoice processing activities.
• Perform vendor master setup and maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to freight invoices and payments.
• Conduct quality checks and correct issues promptly.
• Create and process export invoices following SLAs.
• Index export invoices and maintain documentation.
• Validate export documentation including HTS codes and terms.
• Review Bills of Lading, packing lists, part numbers, and weights for accuracy.
• Maintain trackers and records for freight and export transactions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality.
