Job summary

Xerox Corporation in the Philippines seeks an Accounting Analyst to support financial accounting, reporting, and analysis across multiple business areas within our R2R organization. This role offers exposure to global processes in a multinational environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of US GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant financial accounting experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Sage or similar GL systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial accounts, schedules, journals, and account reconciliations (Blackline).
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit requests.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and support business reviews with relevant insights.
• Resolve system and process queries, supporting global teams as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Participate in remote knowledge transfer and support standardization across countries.
