Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking a Freight Bill Audit professional in Metro Manila to support audit execution, resolve freight bills held in the system, and handle inquiries from business units and logistics providers. You will support the North America, Asia, and Middle East Freight Audit Program and ensure timely invoice processing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields.
At least 2 years of professional experience in audit, accounts payable, billing or invoicing, and/or logistics/supply chain.
Proficiency in English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Audit and analyze freight invoices promptly for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
Investigate issues on pending invoices and recommend resolutions.
Support rollout or implementation of new tools or processes.
Communicate invoicing issues with service providers, mode teams, business units, and international counterparts.
Provide status updates on activities and projects to supervisors and contacts.
