Emerson is seeking a Freight Bill Audit professional to support audit execution, resolve suspended freight bills, and handle inquiries from business units and logistics providers. The role covers North America, Asia, and the Middle East Freight Audit Program, ensuring timely invoice processing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in audit, accounts payable, billing or invoicing, or logistics and supply chain.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze freight invoices promptly to ensure charges are accurate and compliant with contracts.
• Investigate issues on pending invoices and provide resolution recommendations.
• Support rollout or implementation of new tools or processes.
• Communicate invoicing or audit issues with logistics providers, mode teams, and business units across regions.
• Provide status updates on activities or projects to supervisors and contacts.
