Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Freight Bill Audit professional to support the audit execution, resolve freight bills suspended in the system, and manage inquiries from business units and logistics service providers. You will contribute to the North America, Asia, and Middle East Freight Audit Program to ensure timely invoice processing and issue resolution.

You should bring a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in audit, accounts payable, or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, CS, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in audit, accounts payable, billing or invoicing, or logistics.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze freight invoices promptly, ensuring charges align with contracts.
• Investigate issues on pending invoices and provide resolution recommendations.
• Support rollout or implementation of new tools or processes.
• Communicate invoicing or audit issues to stakeholders across regions.
• Provide status updates to supervisors and contacts.
