Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Freight Bill Audit professional to support audit execution, resolve freight bills suspended in the system, and manage inquiries from business units and logistics service providers.

You will contribute to the North America, Asia, and Middle East Freight Audit Program, ensuring timely invoice processing and issue resolution across regions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed above.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in audit, accounts payable, billing or invoicing, and/or logistics and supply chain functions.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze freight invoices promptly, including reviewing invoices for appropriate charges.
• Investigate issues on pending invoices and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Support the roll-out or implementation of new tools or processes.
• Communicate invoicing or audit issues to logistics service providers and regional teams.
• Provide and update the status of each activity to superiors and points of contact.
