Qualifications

10+ years of experience in FMCG Sales, General Trade, Channel Development, or Distribution Management.
Proven success in driving distribution growth and route-to-market execution.
Strong experience managing distributor partners and field sales teams.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
