Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of FMCG experience.
• Strong exposure to Modern Trade and General Trade.
• Experience in distributor management.
• Background in Commercial, Trade Marketing, Business Development, or Channel Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial growth and overall business performance in the Philippines.
• Manage distributor partnerships and drive execution across Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
• Develop and execute channel, customer, and route-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with key distributors and external stakeholders.
