Michael Page is seeking a Distribution Strategy Manager for a leading multinational FMCG company in Metro Manila. You will develop and execute distribution growth strategies across General Trade channels and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to meet commercial objectives.

You will strengthen distributor capabilities, expand market coverage, monitor channel performance, and drive route-to-market improvements to enhance distribution efficiency and product availability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG Sales, General Trade, Channel Development, or Distribution Management.
• Proven success in driving distribution growth and route-to-market execution.
• Strong experience managing distributor partners and field sales teams.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
