KOYN in the Philippines is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Representative to grow our global client base. You will identify new opportunities, engage founders and finance teams, and qualify leads through the early sales cycle.

This role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and proficiency with HubSpot and Monday.com. Join a fast-growing fintech with uncapped commissions and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales in fintech or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective businesses.
• Generate new opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking.
• Speak with founders, finance teams and senior decision-makers.
• Understand clients’ payment, banking, FX and settlement requirements.
• Introduce KOYN solutions based on business needs.
• Qualify opportunities and manage early sales cycle.
• Manage leads, activities and pipeline accurately in HubSpot.
• Use Monday.com to manage tasks, follow-ups and internal workflows.
• Work closely with KOYN’s commercial, onboarding and compliance teams.
• Meet agreed pipeline and revenue targets.
