Job summary

Finyon Global in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow and manage client relationships across APAC, Africa, and EMEA.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, expand existing accounts, acquire new merchants, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Success to deliver seamless onboarding and revenue growth.

The role requires 2–4 years in B2B sales in fintech or cross‑border payments, excellent English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in fintech or cross-border payments is required.
• Experience with high‑risk merchants or regulated industries is a plus.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and revenue growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales by acquiring new merchants and enterprise clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, driving retention and revenue.
• Build relationships with merchants, partners, and financial institutions.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies through upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
