Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a CFO / Country Finance Head for its Shared Services hub in the Philippines. The role leads financial operations, governance, and transformation across multi-country accounting towers, partnering with global stakeholders to steer roadmaps and migrations.

The ideal candidate brings 12–15 years of leadership in Shared Services or GBS, CPA, IFRS/US GAAP expertise, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work model with mandatory regional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; MBA preferred.
CPA qualification strongly desired.
12–15 years of progressive financial leadership; 5+ years in exec role (CFO/Finance Director) in Shared Services/GBS/BPO.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end financial operations of the Shared Services hub, including accounting, reporting, tax, and treasury.
Provide commercial insights and guardrails to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
Define and optimize financial metrics, cost models, chargebacks, and SLAs with global internal entities.
Establish internal controls and regulatory compliance across local requirements (SEC, BIR, PEZA/BOI).
