Job summary

Hellmann Shared Service Center Philippines is seeking an experienced GBS Finance & Accounting Manager to ensure accurate, timely and compliant delivery of finance activities. You will lead end-to-end accounting processes, manage month-end close, and drive robust controls while partnering with regional and global stakeholders.

The role requires CPA-licensed finance leadership with 5+ years in finance, including 2 years in leadership, preferably in a shared service or multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related discipline.
• Active Philippine CPA licence strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 2 years of leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in Philippine statutory accounting, BIR tax compliance, audit coordination and month-end close.
• Experience in a shared service centre, global business services or multinational environment is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience with ERP-based accounting, advanced Microsoft Excel and management reporting tools, and Power BI experience are advantageous.
• Experience improving controls, standardizing processes and implementing automation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting activities for the Philippines GBS.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, journals, accruals and intercompany activity.
• Manage controls, regulatory compliance and external audit coordination.
• Drive process improvement through automation and standardization.
• Partner with regional and global finance teams and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
